concrete over pavers

hey all,

just a quick question i am extending my pagola by 11ft X 11ft. now the depth is 4" but i have a old concrete path and about 3 ft of pavers i have ripped up a few rows that were lose and dug grass down to make level.

the pavers left are sitting stright on dirt... is it ok to pour over them and the concrete path or should i rip them up

concrete over pavers

rip them up. The concrete should have a compacted gravel base under it.
