Cleaning service

Depending on the type of cleaning it should be pretty reasonable if you are just talking about residential. The more "Green" the cleaning solutions, the lessened exposure risk to your theoretical employees.

I would contact a local insurance agent and they could generate you a theoretic quote. I am sure they would be happy to help.

Depending on your model, you would want to inquire about: General Liability, Workmen's compensation, and Crime Bonding.

The last one is not as much of a requirement but people letting you into your home would appreciate that and it will help you position yourself a bit more favorably than your competition.

They will give you a line item price on each so it will be easy to demonstrate to your instructor what that premium insurance is and how it could benefit your closing and pipeline.
