ceramic to ceramic transitioin


how to you transition between two ceramic tiles? one is laid on diagonal and new to be in straight pattern.

One way would be to use ornamental strip tiles. A vertical line would be cut in the diagonal tiles. Then the ornamental tiles placed to this line. Then the straight tiles would be placed, abutting the ornamentals.

If you could post a photo, it may foster other ideas.

You could use a stone saddle to abutt both tile directions.
