Can you identify this hinge?

Hi all,
I have a cabinet door with a broken hinge. Searched high and low on the web for a matching one, but no luck. Thought maybe one of the good folks here might be able to help.

It's a hinge (see attached photo) mortised into both parts of an articulating cabinet door in a corner of the kitchen. Labeled "W Germany".

Any takers? Thanks in advance!

It looks like a soss type hinge, there are many different soss hinges but in principal that is what this hing looks like.
