Question

can anyone give me their opinion?


i recently had my house built, moved in may 2010. i have had an on going problem with water getting under my house( i have a crawl space) causing mold and fungus should i be responsible or should my contractor

You will have to delve further into the problem than what you have presented here. If a high water table was apparent during the build and no means of abating the issue were implemented, the builder could be liable. Of course, without knowing much about the issue, this duty could have fallen upon your shoulders as well, or any of several others as well.
