Cabin Walls Help

Hello, I'm new on here. Anyone have experience using OSB for walls? If so please talk to me about this. I have a small cabin and am trying to be economical in this venture. Thanks! e

I moved this for you---

Why not drywall---it has some fire resistance---It's cheaper than OSB and easier to cut and fix missed cuts---

If you were thinking of leaving OSB exposed as exterior walls you cannot as it will swell and fall apart if it gets wet. Same with plywood though.

If you do not need insulation, and if building permits allow, you could put up something like redwood plywood but it is hardly cheap.

If you are talking interior walls, I would go with drywall. Again, you could go with some sort of paneling I guess---subject to building codes.

Even though it is a cabin, you should add whatever wrap to the exterior and wall insulation you can manage to afford.
