Building shelves - Best Materials to hold weight?


What materials would I need to hang floating shelves to hold weight. I livid in an apt and behind the drywall are wood studs

With floating shelves, your issue is going to be with anchoring the things. Again, how much weight.

Building shelves - Best Materials to hold weight?


And what kind of brackets and system to adapt them to the shelves? How hidden must the hardware be when shelves are empty? When filled? How much weight do you anticipate putting on them?

Are you renting this apartment? Your landlord may have some ideas to express as to what kind of shelving you hang? And how.
