Building a basic box

I'd like to build a very simple box that I can line with conductive foam and place over the top of some very small digital devices to prevent the electromagnetic interference they radiate from reaching my adjacent audio components and affecting their performance. How would you go about this? The box could be open on the bottom and along one side.
