Bryant 90+ Water Leaks

Water leaking from my Bryant 90+ furnance. The condensate trap badly corroded that nipples took off just by touching them. The model number is 398AAw048080AEBA with serial no. 1687A05063. Anybody who can help on how to order the replacement part, part number and vendor?

Why can't you do a web search for Bryant and find the parts list there? Or go to your local Plumbing & heating supplier.
