Brick Fireplace makeover help
 

Hi... I have an eyesore for a brick fireplace and need some ideas. The house is a mid-century bi-level and I have this horrible paneling over the fireplace going up to the ceiling. I would like to build a mantel and maybe some built-ins around to make the room more cozy. ANy ideas or similar project photos I can view ..
