Block Wall Estimate?

How much should a block wall cost per foot? 6 feet tall, 8x8x16 block, footer and rebar, caps and grout. My neighbor has a guy charging $35 per foot including demo and cleanup to build a party wall in between our properties. This sounds like a smokin' deal to me, even though he is not a licensed contractor. I've seen his work around the neighborhood and it's all still standing. I'll be paying for half if he ever gets his estimate straight and legible...

Block Wall Estimate?

This site is geared towards DIY, not cost estimates
Costs vary widely by area
Best bet is to get some local estimates for comparison

-Thanks
