Best product to cover bad odor?

Looking for ways to cover up a bad smell in my crawl space.

At the beginning of the summer, we noticed a strong urine smell coming from one corner of our crawl space. I posted about it here:

Bad smell in crawl space.

Long story shortened - I tried several odor removal products. The first, an enzyme/bacteria product, killed the urine smell but replaced it with another bad smell. That smell has resisted multiple applications of three other odor removal products.

Now, I just want to cover up the smell with something like Kilz or Zinsser. Something that will adhere to the wood 'ceiling', the concrete 'walls' and plastic radon barrier 'floor'. (The attached picture was taken before I removed all the fiberglass insulation that was between the floor joists in the affected corner.)

Any suggestions on the best product for this job - and how to apply it?
