bathroom tiling

Where can I get advice on tiling layout. I have border tiles which have a central motif. When tiling into corners should the central motif stay central ?This would be done by cutting the tile to match the main wall tile width which may be itself cut down in width into a corner.

Alternatively the pattern of the border tile can be carried through the corner. Thi swoudl mean that grout lines of bordert and main wall tiel would not coincide after the corner. Does this matter?

When tiling to match cut down widths of main wall tile should the grout line of the border tile coincide?

bathroom tiling

I know this is on old post, and most likely they've long since completed their tile job. But in case anyone else is interested, here's a real good link with advice on tile patterns. Daltile Tile Patterns
