Nothings worse than indecision to bring a project to a screeching halt.
I've got an 11'6"x10'6" area that I was trying to shoehorn 2 full baths into. I'm afraid that two tiny baths will actually be less valuable on resale than 1 larger bath with all the amenities of the two baths. So 1 dedicated shower, 1 bath, a double sink, and an isolated toilet area (haven't fully thought this one through though). Since it's in a corner, I'll be able to get two windows in adjacent walls in there as well. There would be separate door for the master bedroom. I'm basically throwing all the money of the two baths into one much better bath.
I know that this may be hard to follow without being in my head but what do you think of the concept of fewer bathrooms is more.
I'm not planning to do this until next year at the earliest but it does impact the window placement and siding that I'm working on now.
