Bath entrance inside kitchen area

Is it "bad" or code violation to have a full bath entrance withing the Kitchen area?
I have a downstairs bathroom door entrance just to the right of the kitchen entrance, so, it is within the kitchen area.
If for some future need to change this (selling house, if this would bring the value down, or cause a problem with loan guidlines) I would like to isolate the bathroom from the kitchen.. but, if no problem, I would save much time and $$ leaving it.

There is no code requirement nor code limitation specifically governing a "bathroom entrance" located in a kitchen. If that were the case, there'd be alot of homes in violation....
