basement walls

I have bowing walls in my basement, I'm having carbon fibers installed to reinforce the walls, along with a new sump pump and dehumidifyer. My problem...After removing all the drywall from my finished basement, we were met with a hundred or so holes in the walls, some of which are pretty large(orange size). I figure they were done when the framing was nailed to the cinderblocks. Anyway, the guys putting up the carbon fiber will not tackle this issue, they say I must take care of it after they install the Carbon fiber. Any idea on the best way of handling this. What's the best product out there to patch up holes on cinderblocks? I'm going to refinish the basement again, but would like to know that behind the sheetrock, we have clean walls for the next homeowner if I decided to move.

Any help would be great.

Thanks

Hydraulic cement. Big Home Improvement Stores carry it: http://www.quikrete.com/ProductLines...StopCement.asp

Will adhere to other concrete well, without further surface prep. (Just make sure the hole is clean of dust and chemicals). Will not slump, when applied.
