Area around window AC looks ****ty

So, I put in a window AC and used a mix of Roxul / XPS board / spray foam for insulation. Needless to say, it looks like ****.

Any idea how I can make it less ugly and more secure? Glass block would be nice, but I'm not sure I could do it in a way that the AC could still go in and out.

A pic would help, but crappy work usually looks crappy. Just a bit of trim or a piece of white aluminum might cover things up.
