Anyone else in central OH? - Looking at a House & Need Help

I am looking at a house on a great piece of land but the foundation walls are bowed from a lack of proper drainage.
I need to have a rough idea how much it will cost to excavate the walls and re-block them. Possibly expand the foundation for an addition.
It's not a longshot--I've been looking for acreage for over a year and this is the first place that has hit home.
And the price is right. But it needs foundation work and I've no idea what to figure in for that.
I will appreciate any advice you care to offer

Phil

That type of problem need an expert on site to assess the failure and figure out a fix---Mike----
