Anyone can tell me what is this for?

I am assembling a lazy susan corner cabinet. But this thing is included in the hardware in the box of the cabinet. There is no instruction. I really confused what this thing is for? Any one has seen this thing before? Thanks so much!

It's a door hinge for some lazy susans.

Yep, door hinges that lets the door fold back on itself.

To be more exact, a concealed hinge....typically used for doors or lids where you don't have the surface area to attach a normal hinge and/or do not want the hing to be visible. Real common to see them on jewlery boxes.

Go to the Rockler web site and you will see more of them.

Here....save you some time....
