Any periscope like tool on the cheap?

Something very cheap. I only need to use it a few times. I know Milwaukee offers "digital inspection camera" but I was looking for something cheaper, without electronics.

Just a light at the tip, fiberoptics cable and an eyepiece to look into. I need to locate some wires/pipes behind the wall, so I can minimize wall cutting.

Does anyone know of a tool that is economical for DIY use?

How about a small hole, a mirror on an extender and a flashlight.

I want to use a small hole, then look around all over, possibly go through a stud through an electrical wire to get to the other side of stud and such.

It would help if you mentioned a pricepoint.
Home Depot had the Ridgid camera and was marking it down. It went from $199.97 down to $99.99 over time.
