Antique wood flooring
Greetings. I recently came across some antique wood flooring planks that are straight edged on all sides. Do I need to have them T&G milled before trying them in my house or can I use them as they are?

Antique wood flooring
T&G keeps boards straighter, and when they shrink in winter, there are no oepn gaps appearing. And the tongue is the part that gets nailed, no nail holes to fill. Is it absolutely necessary to have T&G, no. But it makes sense to have T&G.
