American Craftsman

Just for those looking for a good window there is no better than Rolox. I had my whole house done last year and I can't complain one bit. They have cut done on my heating and cooling bill and the also cut down on noise that comes in my house. I love these windows and the installation was quick and very good. The people that put in Rolox windows actually work for Rolox and they put them in with pride. They also come with a 50 year warranty on the window. Any questions let me know, and no I don't work for Rolox I am just a very happy customer.

American Craftsman

Hi mjswindows

Just curious, did the homeowner try and utilize the American Craftsman lifetime warranty? I know many companies do have bad runs of product. For whatever reasons. Like American car companies in the early 80's ie cimeron, cittation, escort, the "k" car. If it was for that I would of never bought a american car again. I have no experience with Mjswindows or American Craftsman. Thank you for the warning about the quality concern as well. I would be curious what the manufacture said about emplacement of the product under warranty. I have to also wonder if the window frames were not damaged before installation from shipping and storage methods a large lot stores may use.
