allure flooring

we are thinking about installing allure flooring in our bathroom will it take a little water such as getting out of the tub and shower? and it always happens sooner or later what if the toliet runs over? also we have tile walls with no trim. how do we fit the flooring to match the tile walls with no baseboard?
