240 baseboard heaters dont work till room is warm?

I'm having some issues with these Dimplex baseboard heaters. I installed them in the fall when it was warmer, everything was working fine. I recently went to the cabin go to turn them on and nothing. Temp is now below freezing. I warmed the cabin up with the wood stove and they came on after a few hrs? They are being controlled by a double pole thermostat.
Any idea even where to start??

Contact the company yet? It may have something to do w/ the temp being below the temp set point range.

Check wiring connections for tightness. Tighten wire nuts, if wires are not twisted together, do it. Check screws on breakers, hot and neitral.

Thermostats should be on whenever the temp is below the setting. Check that they are indeed on with an ohmeter(power off!!)

Yeah I'll have to wait till monday to contact Dimplex. Never had any test
Equp with me. Thought of the loose connection issue but ruled that out when
The first heater came on. What's even more odd is the came on at different
times. As in order of which room warmed up first. Heaters should come on regardless
the inside temp unless your at your set point. Even went at far as swapping out the breaker.

follow up

So it appears some of the thermal cutouts were filled with water and not glycol. So if your building drops below freezing well guess what your baseboards aren't coming on till they're warmed up. Dimplex are sending me new cutouts. Thanks for responses though. Now u know.
