10mm x 20mm Metric Tubing

Hi, I broke one of the cross members on a folding canopy I purchased from Dicks Sporting Goods. Called the manufacturer, and they will only sell me the entire frame - for $70!!

Where can I find a short piece of steel tubing in metric sizing? 10mm x 20mm (rectangular) - about 3 feet long.

I've Googled 'til my fingers are raw.

Thanks in Advance,
...Jerry
