XPS question?

I am in the process of finishing my basement and I am installing the xps foam on the concrete walls. The 2 questions I have:
1. Do I stop the foam at the top of the foundation where the sill plate meets or go over the sill plate also?

2. At the top and bottom of the foam when it is on the wall, do I need to seal the top and bottom with spray foam?
