worth it building a shed instead of buying??

HAHA! got to Love Long Island! I called up the building department, The cement slab is OK, they do not care. IF the shed is bigger then 50 Sq ft , my taxes will go up 70 cents per a sq ft. So I am thinking my 10x14 shed will cost me an additional $100 (roughly) a year. I am very happy about the cement slab because that is the route I want to go. I am going to be filling out the permit paperwork today.
