window's: pleases help

I'm sure this is in this forum somewhere but I had no luck finding it. I know installation i #1 but Im having trouble with what would be a better fit for us.Ever window sight makes their product sound like its the best since sliced bread...I'm looking for experienced people who over there own life has mabe used these brand of windows, and what would be a good fit for longjevity for MN's harsh climate, brand Simonton 5500, or sunrise. Looks arent my main worry, its all with quality, and Im leaning toward the Simonton's so far. Past windows, I would guess, would be a good judge for whats good now? Thanks

I have heard through the tread (contractors ) that Simonton are good windows, All tho I have never installed them. I have seen them they appear to be a good vinyl window. BOB
