Window Tint?

Not sure if this is the right section to post.

I have 4 full glass doors facing the west. The sun comes right through the pull down shades. Will tinting reduce the light?

My main concern is you can see right through at night. I have neighbors coming in soon. Can people see through the tint at night with lights on?

Do i just need to get real blinds vs. shades that are on?

Window Tint?

Tinting will not help with a privacy issue. Go with blinds or curtains. Besides, window companies frown on this practice and it will probably void the warranty.
