Will caulk dry outside in cold weather?

I need to caulk where my gutter meets my downspout, but I'm afraid it won't dry in the cold. Does anyone know if it will dry in the cold? Thanks!

depends what kind of caulk are you using?don't use a water or acrylic based caulk if you know freezing temps may happen before curing

actually if you read the tube it will say what conditions you can use it in
