where to get a hard, non-retractable awning ?

i have an old stylish brick house, 100 yr old, in DC, and i need an awning type of cover for above the basement door. i want it to be hard (not cloth), not retractable, preferably some paintable metal, and as simple-looking as possible. when i googled "awning" all i got were some crappy retractable stuff that maybe look acceptable on a camper but not a pretty urban house.

where can i buy just a simple hard metal door cover ?
