Whats best product to fill basement wall crack

I own a condo that has 2 hairline cracks in the basement wall on the hill side thats been a problem for a few years and i've done dirt work (Sloped it away as much as i can) and it still leaks but not as bad. Now,i dug it down 5 feet and want to seal the cracks on the exterior wall. What would be the best product i could use to apply to the cracks like apoxy/hydraulic cement/some type of glue etc. I was told to v notch the crack and apply some type of product to get the best results.I'd appreciate the input,Thanks.
