What to put on top of Patio roof

I just recently bought a townhouse and it has a nice outdoor patio with a canopy. The problem is the canopy only covers half of the patio so when it rains it gets soaked. My question is what material can i use to cover the rest of the patio?

when i look at what the previous owner put on it looks like it might be OSB, so can i just get a couple more sheets of that and maybe seal it? I dont need anything fancy and this is just temporary until i have the time and the money to redo the canopy. Thanks in advance
