You can rent a walk-behind concrete saw at a tool rental center.

You want to rent something like this, at the very least.
CAUTION: These can be very dangerous to operate, make sure you read the safety manual first.

Something to keep in mind too... You've got to get rid of that concrete. We hadn't considered that when we ripped up some concrete on the side of our house. Just having it hauled away cost us like $500. Add in the rental of the jackhammer and the time it took me to hammer it out, we should have just had it all done by a sub... Live and learn.

And it may have rebar inside, unless you poured it... and can remember... To expose the rebar to water is not recommended.
I've never seen a saw that clean, only in the movies.
Be safe, Gary

I,m not quite sure if I understand the question. Are you talking about control joints because this is a brand new patio, or due you mean "relief cuts" to remove the additional sections you don't want. If the latter, no, as a saw this size will cut deep enough to cut through the entire slab thickness. A circle saw will only cut 1/2 way through, at very best.
