Is there a punch line here.

Poster used to work in the CIA.
Or does Cryptograms.
If you want people to respond, you need to put a little more effort into the posts.

Or a program set to troll various websites looking for holes.

Over the years I have seen many signs on or near buildings that say something like "Raised Building Permit" or "NOTICE - BUILDING TO BE RAISED", meaning the building was scheduled to be torn down. I guess to demolish a building is to raise a building. Sounds weird.:)

So if you build a skyscraper to the stars, I guess you aren't raising that structure. That would require a different sign: "Ascending Building Permit"? or "NOTICE - BUILDING TO BE ASCENDED"

That was a sign made by an elementary school dropout or possibly a CIA agent. It should have read "RAZED" which means to tear down.

Maybe I don't remember how it was spelled and maybe I don't know the difference in the meaning of the two words and the misspelling is mine.:)

At any rate...it appears that no one else knows either.

Under raised building= one constructed for leprechauns, dwarfs or other such small woodland creatures.

Super raised building= one built too high to change the light bulbs.
