Wet walls

Without insulation, cold from outside cools down your inner wall covering, moisture in the air condenses on it, giving a well wall. You'll need to insulate the space between your outside block wall and your inner wall covering. What area of the country are you in?

Devon, PA?
You could do it; the question is do you have the skills, patience, etc... to do so. For example, if there are electrical devices/wiring on that wall, you'll be getting involved with that type of work.
