Or better yet: don't make the decision based on price.

Base the decision on the qualifications, level of service, or whatever is important to you for the particular project.

Another good way to think of it is to base the decision on value not price.

Do your homework and you won't need holme's-work.

My NJ house was built back in the early 70's, late 60's and I have been told by many that roof sheathing code was 3/8 back then. I just replaced my entire roof and had that all ripped out. Current code for my TWP is 1/2 inch and that's what we put in. If you felt like you were gonna fall through w/ 1/2 inch I should have had you come down and walk on my roof, you'd feel much much better......
