Weirdness in Chief Architect raytracing

Hi guys,

I have a problem with raytracing in CA. Wondering if this forum is a good place to ask for tips.

This is a reference raytraced image from X5:

My own model raytraces like this:

There is a strange glow coming from under the walls (marked in RED) and a weird delineation in the walls (marked in BLUE)

Can anyone advise?

For anyone interested in tinkering the Loft .plan can be downloaded here:

I checked:

1. There is a roof on the building
2. Caustics are turned off in the Raytracing options.

Looks like the model has gaps along those red edges. The blue might be issues with materials applied to the edges there. But then I'm just guessing as I don't use CA and haven't rendered much lately.

Put some interior light sources into the room.

The ones on the wall look like where the taped seams for the drywall are.
