Waterproofing around exterior doors

I am getting ready to install a new door (prehung) on a new exterior wall. I plan to install the door similar to a window with self-adhering waterproof flashing around the opening, and also two layers of 15 pound paper for stucco.

My question is about how to waterproof where the door frame will meet the new stucco. If I don't put anything there, I imagine that the stucco will shrink a bit, leaving a gap between the stucco and the door frame. The prehung door doesn't have any molding attached to it; do I need to install a special molding prior to applying the stucco? Something like a J-molding? Or do I just do a regular molding with plenty of caulking?
