water leak into basement just below front porch front door entry.

There is one step up to the landing to the door entry. This is not a large porch - just in front of the door. Will I need to remove the porch to seal the area that the water leaked into the basement? This is the only area of the leak.

A few pictures of the area, and the probable source of the water would be very helpful.
