wall options for small bedroom

I'm converting a bathroom into a bedroom. The walls need replaced very badly. Since the room is very small, about 76 square ft, I do not want to do the normal stud construction. Are there any other options for walls. Two of the walls are exterior walls and one is the family wall between the two units (row home) so its plaster right on top of the bricks. No lathe. Any suggestions on how to make new walls without making the room even smaller?
