Wall cap for masonry wall

We are building a courtyard and are making a 32" sitting wall surrounding it. The wall will be a 8" stucco wall. We are trying to see if a 10 1/4 " wall cap should be used or should we use the 12" wall cap.
The concern is that the 12" wont look proportionate and that it may become unmortared over time.

We are using the Sterepstone inc classic wall cap.

Thanks for any advice.

10 1/4 will look better. But this is a bit high for a sitting wall. Sitting walls are 18" high.
