waiting for concrete to dry

I cut a trench in my basement floor to put a drain in for a bathroom. Its all ready to go except im waiting for the concrete to cure a little bit before i drill holes and set anchors to screw the toilet flange down. How long should i wait before i drill out for these anchors?

IIRC it will be anywhere from 48 to 72 hours depending on which type of cement you use.

{ the slow drying cements will take up to a week }

Merci.
