Vinyl Siding and Electrical Box?

Hi Folks!
I'm in the planning stage of residing my house. And perhaps residing is an understatement. Thanks to the help from members of this board I've decided to completely gut the walls from the outside and install:

1.) Dense Pack Cellulose (Thanks to Arky for the ideas on a DIY Method for a Dense Pack!)
2.) OSB Sheathing
3.) House Wrap
4.) XPS Foam Boards
5.) Vinyl Siding

Im stumped however, on how I am going to handle the area around the electrical box. My electrical box is stuck directly to the current clapboard siding, and extrudes through the soffit and the roof to a hanging powerline above. As you might Imagine, I'm worried to mess around at all with this thing, and I'm stuck as to the best way to handle it. To be clear, I do NOT intend to touch this area without at the bare minimum having the utility shut my service off, but Ideally I'd like to have it removed completely from the wall of the house while I'm working on the siding, have the electric company bury the wires (if possible), and then remount the box onto the newly finished siding and fill the voids in the soffit/roof. Does this seem to make sense? is there a better way to go about this? Does anyone have any insights on how to handle electrical boxes when re-siding?

Thanks!

Vinyl Siding and Electrical Box?

When you say electrical box, you mean like the breaker box/ fuse box?
