Very poor sill plate fit to poured foundation.

Large gaps on 24 foot width of home. Am hearing a lot of popping when temperature changes as in the evening cool down. High points to low points along the run are easily 1/2 or more. What can I do to seal and reenforce these voids. I am afraid that the front of the house is pulling itself apart?Have had plenty of wall tears in the drywall all ready.
