vapor barrier for outdoor shed concrete slab

yes or no ? it is 11x9, the footer is 2 ft deep and the slab will be about 4" thick. pros and cons of using plastic vapor barrier between the gravel and concrete ?

With that deep a footing and a gravel base, it sounds like in a cold climate. I would use one to stop the spring warming of the shed and contents from drawing the water vapor under the slab depositing on shed's contents to rust.
