Use Concreate Pilings for a Cabin Foundation?

Whe have 24 pilings already in the ground from a previous mobile home and now want to use them as the supporing foundation for a 1000 foot cabin.

What is the cheapest and simplest foundation/flooring system to build that will tie the structure to these pilings?
