Underslab insulation for Radiant Heat

Hello;
I recently came across enough 2" Polyisio rigid insulation to completely cover underneath my concrete slab in a cottage I am building. My question is. If I cover it on both sides with 6ml. poly will this be sufficient to keep moisture out of my insulation under my cement slab? This insul. has a paper backing and is designed for under roofs.
Cheers
