UL certification and CSA approved

I plan on purchasing a Menards house package and building it here in Sask. and am wondering about the wiring and fixtures, appliances certifications. If the products are UL approved does that mean they are CSA approved as well?

CSA approval is NOT the same as UL listing. CSA approval is required by law before an electrical device or component can be legally sold in Canada.

My understanding is that there is a ULC (underwriters laboratory of Cananda) that is separate from UL. So I would guess that UL listing is different from ULC listing. Talk to Menards about the CSA approval.
