TUB SEAMS: Comm'l. Acrylic Shower Panel + Drop-In Whirlpool

We're going to be installing a drop-in Whirlpool tub in a way it was not originally designed to be installed and need product suggestions for waterproofing the 3 seams that will be created.

FLASHING and/or Splash Guards
We purchased a 3rd-party shower alcove not originally designed for use with this tub but with the correct alcove/tub dimensions (42" x 72") and want to know what kinds of non-tile-dependent products can be used to seal those seams.

I'm certain I've seen acrylic "splash guards" somewhere or other in the past, I just can't recall where.

ROUGH-IN
For the rough-in, some kind of (rubberized something-or-other) — a flexible strip packaged in a roll that you could cut to measure — that we could wrap behind the 3 tub/shower-stall intersections and glue to the (greenboard or whatever it's called)?

FINISHING
Finally, if there are any other products you can recommend to help us join the seams we'd be grateful. Permanent caulking and related products — products perhaps not originally intended for use with a tub but weatherproof just the same — such as might be available for use with doors, that would be helpful.

We have nothing against tile, but we really like this shower alcove for the ease with which we can clean it -and- its self-draining shelves (also it was cheap lol). Thank you everyone, hope to get some good ideas.
